As locals to Santa Rosa Beach, we have photographed families in 30a communities for over 10 years. We offer a mini session for young families and an extended family session, perfect for large groups traveling together.
We are licensed and permitted in Walton & Okaloosa Counties, on the Exclusive vendor list for Rosemary Beach, and on the approved vendor list for Alys Beach. We also know the best locations for your family beach portraits including communities such as Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Seacrest. When you book our team, you book us… no outsourcing to random photographers.
And…. we all have kids of our own. We know the stresses of booking family portraits and also know how to make your portrait session enjoyable for everyone…including the toddlers, and husbands. 🙂

As a husband and wife team with littles of our own, we know the key ingredients to make your family portraits a success. We will guide you on poses & wardrobe, prompt the authentic giggles, and schedule your session during the best light of the day.

1. Choose a Portrait Package
We offer a variety of packages to accommodate most groups including a mini session (great for families with toddlers) and an extended family session designed for large groups traveling together. Each session includes the gallery of edited images. We also offer a complimentary wall art & album design service after your session (not required).
2. Confirm Availability.
We only schedule 3-4 sessions per week. Shoot Rachel a text for an immediate response on our availability.
The Booking Process
Our booking process is easy and online based. Once you choose a package, send me a text or email to confirm availability and pick a session date. If you would prefer I reach out to you, fill out the form below.
Once we have the date confirmed, I send the booking paperwork over via email. You’ll receive access to a client portal where you can e-sign your portrait contract, pay the retainer (50%), and read over/fill out our portrait guide.
Session Day FAQ
- We usually wait until you have arrived into town to decide on where to have your portrait session.
- Usually, we will come to where you’re staying but if the beach is super crowded at sunset, there’s no parking, or you’re a long walk to the beach, we can suggest some nearby public accesses.
- Licenses: We are licensed and permitted in Walton (30A) and Okaloosa (Destin) Counties and on the exclusive vendor list for Rosemary Beach.
- We will watch the weather the week of and the day of the session and I will notify you two hours or more in advance if we need to adjust the session time.
Gallery Delivery
Your gallery is usually delivered within 1-2 weeks of the session date. Each package includes the hi-resolution digitals via an online gallery. We pay for premium storage so your gallery will never expire. As long as we are in business, you’ll have access to your portraits.
If you are interested in wall art or other professional products, I offer a free design service to help you outfit your walls. <3
