My sessions have been designed to be as short as possible (for the toddlers and husbands) but they maximize the best beach light, giving you beautiful portraits and a happy family. I only take a limited amount of bookings per week to give clients fallback days for rain, so reach out asap so we can get you on my calendar! Rachel was incredible to work with! From the moment we got in contact she was highly communicative, organized, and took the time to get to know our family!! She even helped plan our outfits in advance! During our photo session she made everyone feel comfortable and did a great job working with our two little boys! The Booking Process
Pre-Session Planning
We all know how hard it is to plan your family portraits, especially when you’re traveling to a destination. I include a guide in our booking packet with the best tips and colors for clothing/hair and more. You can also text me anytime with questions about wardrobe, session time, hair/makeup, etc.
Session Day
On the day of your session we will keep a watch on the weather to make sure the session time will not need to be adjusted. We check in with you around lunch to confirm the time and location. We set the session time strictly around sunset to ensure you have the best light.
If there is over 50% cloud cover for the day, we may start about 15 mins early. If there is 0% cloud cover, we may need to start a few minutes later. Something to remember, we photograph your family into the “sunset” time and about 15 mins after sunset. This is when you have the beautiful, soft light you see in our portfolio.
Gallery Delivery & Wall Art
You will receive an email with your Online Gallery within 2 weeks of your session date. This link will never expire and you will have access to view/download your images. If you have plans to display your images via wall art or an album, I have a program that will show us accurate sizing on your own walls. This is a complimentary service I offer to my clients. If you would like more info, please specify that on your questionnaire.

Rosemary Beach
Rosemary beach is one of our favorite communities in 30a. The downtown is vibrant with a unique charm that everyone is sure to love. Photography in Rosemary Beach requires pre-approval and you must be staying in a Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Agency rental or have ownership in the community. Don’t worry, we have a Walton County Vendor permit and know the necessary steps to take to be approved for your family photography in Rosemary Beach. We are proudly on the exclusive vendor list as a Rosemary Beach Family Photographer & Rosemary Beach Wedding Photographer.
Alys Beach
Alys Beach is also a breathtaking community in 30a. The Mediterranean influenced architecture, white washed walls, and lush greenery surrounds you in this community.
Alys Beach also requires pre-approval for photo sessions and you must be staying within this private community for permission. We love this luxury community and we are sure you will as well.
Seaside
Seaside is the epitome of a coastal community. That is why The Truman Show was filmed here. There is a central hub filled with food-trucks and shops, perfect for families. When you think 30a, most people envision family friendly, yummy food, and beautiful beach, and Seaside has it all.
